Delivery

Solid wood is heavy, and most of what we list is built after you order it. Here is what that means for how long you wait and what turns up.

How long it takes

In stock — the piece exists in the shop. It reaches you in about 10 working days.

Made to order — the piece is built for you. Allow about 7 working days in the workshop, then roughly 10 working days to reach you. Every product page shows the figure for that piece, and that is the one to trust.

Timber is a natural material and a workshop is not a factory. If something is going to be late you will hear it from us before the date, not after.

Where we deliver

Delivered across India. Around Greater Noida, Noida and Ghaziabad the piece usually comes on our partner store’s own vehicle. Further out it goes by road freight.

You can check which store is nearest you on the store finder.

What delivery costs

It depends on the piece and the distance, so it is quoted with your order rather than guessed at here. Ask before you pay and you will get a number in writing.

On the day

Someone needs to be there who can accept the piece. Please check it before the delivery team leaves — look at the top surface, the corners and the doors or drawers. If something is wrong, photograph it there and then. That single photo is what makes a claim straightforward instead of a discussion.

Measure your doorway, lift and stairwell first. A six-seater dining table that cannot get up the stairs is the one delivery problem nobody can fix on the day.

Assembly

Most pieces arrive built. Beds and larger wardrobes come in parts and are assembled in your room by the delivery team. Nothing needs a carpenter.

Something arrived damaged, or not what you expected? See returns and cancellations. Every piece also carries a 12-month warranty.
