Privacy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. Short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry — your name, phone number, and email address and message if you give them. We use these to reply to you. Nothing else.

When you ask to be notified about online ordering — the email address or phone number you enter, and which piece you were looking at. We use it once, to tell you when ordering opens.

When you press an enquiry button — we record that it happened, which product and store it related to, and the city our content network reports for the connection. This tells us which pieces people ask about. It is city-level only; we do not use precise location, and we never ask your browser for it.

If you arrived from an advertisement — Google or Meta adds a reference to the link you clicked. We keep that reference, and the name of the campaign, so we can tell which advertisements are worth paying for. It identifies the advertisement, not you, and we do not receive anything about you from them.

When we pass details on

Interior enquiries. If you use the form on our interior solutions page, we give your name and phone number to the designer you are being introduced to, so they can contact you. That is the point of the form and it says so on it. We keep a copy so we can follow up ourselves.

Nothing else is shared with anyone. We do not sell details, and we do not pass them to the furniture stores unless you press a button that opens a chat with one, which sends only what you type.

What we do not collect

Cookies

We ask before any of this happens. On your first visit a notice asks whether we may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pieces get looked at. Until you answer, and if you say no, no Google script loads on this site and nothing about your visit is sent to Google.

If you allow it, Google Analytics sets its own cookies and reports to Google. We do not use it to identify anyone individually. You can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; saying no afterwards removes the cookies it set.

If you came from an advertisement, we store the reference to that click for ninety days so that an enquiry can be matched back to it. That reference stays with us. Only if you have allowed measurement do we tell Google when an enquiry is sent. Where you have given us a phone number or email address on the form, it is scrambled in your browser before it is sent, so Google can recognise a match without receiving the details themselves. If you did not come from an advertisement, none of this is stored and no such cookie is set.

We also remember two small things on your device: your answer to the cookie question, so we do not ask on every page, and whether you have already signed up for ordering updates, so we do not ask you twice. Your cookie answer is also kept in a small cookie of our own, so that anything we send to Google later can respect it. You can clear all of these in your browser settings at any time.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Details are stored in our database, hosted in Singapore, and images on Cloudflare. Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to us. Records of button presses are kept for analysis and are not linked to you unless you have already given us your details.

Having your details removed

Ask us and we will delete them. Send the request from the address or number you gave us, through the contact page, and say what you would like removed. You can also ask what we hold about you.

WhatsApp

Our enquiry buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp. Once you are there, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation as well as ours.

Changes

If we start doing something new with your details — analytics, advertising, online payments — this page changes first, and we will say so here.
