A floor-standing mandir in solid teak, with a carved arch, closing doors and a drawer beneath for samagri, diya and agarbatti. Built to order, so the height, the carving and the finish can be specified to the space it is going into.
Why teak
Teak — sagwan — carries a high natural oil content, which is why it resists moisture and insect damage without chemical treatment. That matters more here than on most furniture: a mandir lives with daily oil, ghee and camphor smoke, and a softer timber marks and darkens unevenly under it.

Height, width, the depth of the carving and whether the doors are solid or jaali are all yours to choose. Tell us the wall or corner it is going into and we will build to it.
Care
Wipe with a dry cloth. Clean oil marks promptly rather than letting them sit. Dust with a dry cloth and wipe spills promptly. Teak needs no polish to survive, though an occasional application of teak oil will keep the colour warm rather than letting it silver. Keep it out of direct sunlight for long periods, which fades any timber.
